I build custom software, web applications, and mobile apps that replace spreadsheets, repeated data entry, and disconnected tools.
Founder-led in Tampa Bay. Serving Florida and nationwide.
St. Reweis Coptic Orthodox Church · Website + mobile app
One place for announcements, the weekly schedule and forms — on a phone and on the web — instead of separate systems that disagree with each other. Live on the App Store, Google Play and the open web.
Internal tools, customer portals, and operational software built around your workflow.
Connected applications for customers, members, teams, and field staff.
Connect existing tools, remove repeated data entry, and simplify manual handoffs.
I also design websites and provide managed IT for a limited number of local businesses.
Explore industriesBardisFlow and BardisCare are working software concepts, each set in an invented business. They are not client projects — open one and use it.

I’m Mina, co-founder of PiTech Consultants. The person who maps your workflow is the person who designs and builds your system — and the person you can contact after launch.
About 30 minutes, no charge. You show me the workflow; I tell you plainly whether custom software is worth exploring.
Small, well-defined work goes straight to a written proposal. Larger or less-defined projects start with paid discovery, its fee agreed before it begins. Scope and price are agreed in advance.
Delivered in phases you can see working. Hosting, updates and support afterwards are optional.
Google reviews from managed-IT clients. The same person scopes, builds and supports the software work.
Mina is a great IT specialist with incredible customer service and a broad knowledge and skill base. He has saved us multiple times and has shown us the consistency and reliability we need for our systems. He also thoroughly understands data security and HIPAA compliance.
Mina is great to work with. He has extensive knowledge on Microsoft users and managing the domains. It’s great to be able to talk to the person that will actually be providing the service. Highly recommend!
It usually shows up as a workaround: a spreadsheet that runs a core process, information typed into two systems, a report someone assembles by hand. If an off-the-shelf product fits, I will say so. Custom software is worth it when the process is specific to how you operate and the workarounds cost real hours every week.
About 30 minutes, no charge. You show me the workflow or the problem; I ask questions and tell you whether custom software is worth exploring. It is a qualifying conversation, not a free planning session. Small, well-defined work can usually go straight to a proposal; larger projects start with paid discovery, agreed in advance.
Every project is quoted against an agreed scope, never from a single call. Small, well-defined work can usually be proposed straight after the free consultation. Larger systems normally begin with paid discovery: its scope, deliverables and fee are agreed before it starts, and it produces a written specification you keep either way. Hosting, updates and support afterwards are optional.
Either works. I can host and maintain it for you on PiTech’s monthly care plan, or deploy it to a cloud account in your company’s name. For larger systems I recommend your own account, so the infrastructure and the data sit with you from day one. Hosting, updates and support after launch are optional.
You work directly with Mina Habashy, co-founder of PiTech Consultants, from the first conversation through launch and support. There is no sales-to-developer handoff and no account manager in between.
Bring the spreadsheet, email chain, or workaround. We’ll talk through whether custom software is worth exploring — and what a simpler option might look like.
